Magnolia Bakery Shipping Policy
We ship via FedEx within the 48 contiguous states through our
online store. International orders for Magnolia merchandise can
also be placed through our website. Unfortunately we are unable to
ship baked goods outside of the United States due to customs
- Orders placed prior to 2:00 p.m. EST generally ship the
following business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST ship within 2 business
- Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will generally ship
- Please note orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST on Sunday may
ship on Tuesday.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
While Magnolia does not require a signature for your delivery, we
can only guarantee the quality of our product if it is received by
the shipping time selected by the customer at the time of purchase.
According to FedEx policy their drivers will only leave the package
at a recipient's door, or other secure location, if the driver
believes it is 'safe' and reasonable to do so. For this reason it
is also necessary for customers to notify a gift recipient of their
sweet surprise before the date of delivery.
For real time rates provided by FedEx, place an item in your
shopping bag at our online store and then click the Determine
Shipping link on the chalkboard next to the truck icon.
We ship using FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2Day A.M., FedEx Home or
Ground, and USPS for International orders. You will receive an
email confirmation when your order is placed, and an email when
your package is shipped.
Non-cupcake perishable items can only be shipped no later than 2
Day A.M. delivery, while merchandise can be shipped overnight, 2
Day, or Home or Ground delivery. Perishable orders shipped to NY,
NJ, PA, MD, CT, RI and MA may qualify for home or ground shipped
rates for items that may reach the recipient in 1-2 business days.
All cupcakes are shipped overnight only. Under certain conditions,
cupcakes may be shipped with dry ice.
FedEx Priority Overnight®
Delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most areas, and by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5
p.m. to some rural areas.
FedEx Standard Overnight®
Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by
4:30 p.m. to rural areas; and by 8 p.m. to residences.
FedEx 2Day® A.M.
Delivery by 10:30 a.m. in 2 business days to most areas, by noon to
some rural areas. Business days do not include weekends or

FedEx Home Delivery® for residential
Day-definite delivery to residential address 1 to 5 business days

Day-definite delivery to business address in 1 to 5 business days
Monday-through-Friday operation with deliveries by end of business
day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
International Orders are shipped using USPS Express, First Class
and Priority Mail International™.
Use your tracking number to track the status of your package on
Fedex.com. Deliveries typically occur during normal
business hours and depend on service selected. Your tracking number
may not appear in the FedEx tracking system for 24 hours. Please be
patient. You will be able to see it flow through the FedEx system
and know the exact day it will arrive.

Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement
weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery
address. Claims for damaged product must be submitted within 24
hours of delivery.
